Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer?
No. The wizard walks you through the setup, and at the end you get a ready-made embed code to paste into your website (or send to whoever built your site, if you would rather not do it yourself).
Does it work with WordPress?
Yes, it works with any website where you can edit HTML. For WordPress we also have our own plugin, so you do not have to touch code at all.
What language does the chatbot answer in?
It can answer in five languages: Hungarian, English, German, French and Chinese. In the wizard you pick the default answer language, and you can specify which additional languages it should reply in when a visitor writes in them.
What happens if I run out of monthly messages?
The chatbot politely tells the visitor it cannot answer right now and suggests contacting you directly. You get an email at 80% and at 100%, and you can buy an extra 500-message pack for 1,500 HUF at any time.
Where is the data stored?
Conversation logs are stored in an EU-based Supabase database for 90 days, then deleted automatically. The AI answers are generated by the Claude language model.
Can I have a chatbot for more than one website?
Yes. You can create several chatbots in one account, each for a different website, with its own knowledge base and appearance. Each chatbot is a separate subscription at the same 9,000 HUF per month, and each comes with its own 5,000-message monthly allowance.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One click in the dashboard opens the Stripe subscription portal, where you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum contract period.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. After every successful payment we automatically issue an invoice (via Számlázz.hu) and email it to you.
How long does setup take?
The wizard takes about 10-15 minutes, after which you immediately receive your API key and embed code. From there it is up to you when you paste it into your website.
